We had an excellent Chapter Meeting last night with Direct Selling Women’s Alliance Co-Founder Jane Deuber. Jane’s presentation was inspirational! Not only was the information timely and motivational, but Jane is such a professional and dynamic speaker, who really connects with her audience, we just soaked up every word and didn’t want it to end! One of my favorite things Jane said was that when she knew where she wanted to go in her business she knew she needed to learn more and thought, “I don’t have the skills to fill the shoes of the person I want to become.” That said so much to me. First, to dream big and set your sights far beyond what you are capable of today. And second, to always be open to investing in yourself and your business and personal growth. She said, “The only thing that determines your income is the degree to which you are learning.” I think I’ll put that in my quotes rotation!
