Jalapeno Designs - Expo Banner

Hello everyone! Once in a while I am going to review products or businesses that I love - completely unsolicited and uncompensated - just for the pure joy of sharing something I adore! My first review is of Stacee at Jalapeno Designs, who made this beautiful expo banner for me.

Story Time Felts Banner
Alia and Terry are showing it off for me!

Stacee is a member of The Mom Pack, an online business networking and support group. I posted that I was in need of a physical banner to use at various exposure events I do such as vendor showcases or craft fairs. Earlier this year, our DSWA chapter had Sharon Gowan, from Family-Life Magazine, teach us success techniques for events, and one of the main things she said that makes a difference in your success is having a BIG sign that people can see from a distance, and that has a catchy tag-line. The logo from my home based business was already suitable just the way it is so all I needed to do was get someone to print it out for me.

Stacee was incredibly patient with me as it took me a while to find a graphic with high enough resolution to use. Now that it is done, anyone in our company can use her promotional design and printing services, and I know they’d be happy with the results! Her customer service was terrific, pricing was competitive, and delivery was speedy. The quality of this banner is just so nice compared to others I’ve seen for the same (or higher) price. This banner is made to be withstand outdoor use, so it is tough! If you are in need of a banner or any other type of promotional items, check out Stacee’s products:

I can’t wait to use this banner at my next event. I know my display will be more professional and eye catching than ever! THANKS Stacee!

Until next time...

The expo banner is beautiful! I have contacted them about a tablecloth and told them to expect other orders from your consultants. What a great idea! Thanks for sharing.

    Karen,
What a great idea and neat way to attract people to your booth. I hope that you have a wonderful fall selling season! Thanks for all you do.

Thanks guys. My next thing where I can use it is on Nov. 2nd at an after school shopping event. Not sure if I will have wall space so I am going to make a big stand out of PVC pipe, kind of like the Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly stand. LOL Then if I don’t need it, it will pack away easily. I’ve never spent so much on a business “supply” so I am really excited about this, it’s like a new baby. OK maybe not but you know what I mean!! LOL Thanks for looking!

    Hi Karen,
LOVE-Love-LOVE the banner! I have been wanting one for the longest time but the price was putting me off. Getting your recommendation and hearing how pleased you are with designer puts me at ease (thanks for doing all the leg work). I will be ordering a banner too! If I don’t have a place to hang it in my booth I can attach it to the front of my table.
    Thanks for sharing!

That’s great Susie. If you think about it, when you do expos that are in bigger venues, people can easily just walk on by, they sometimes don’t even get close enough for us to ask a question to draw them in so this will help with that. They say your booth should be easily recognizable from an aisle away kitty corner, so people need to see a sign to know what it is about before some will even come near you. Of course people who are familiar with our type of product will come by without hesitation but the sign should help those who have no clue what we do just by looking at the product from afar. I hope this helps. I’ll let you guys know!

WOW! What are the dimensions? It looks like there might be three grommets on the top. Is that right? Cool!

Hi Deana! Yes there are grommets in each corner and then another in the top and bottom in the center. It is 2 feet tall and 6 feet wide. Just right for any size table or booth really!
