Hi everyone! After a week of having no computer (I left it in the hotel room!) I am finally back online and can share some thoughts and pictures from the DSWA Education Celebration. Greg and I were there for 4 days and didn’t want it to end! It was simply magnificent, inspirational, and transformational in every way!

Some other Story Time Felts consultants as well as our President came and it was really fun being with them at such a fantastic event. I feel like we are all on the same page now and can’t wait to see what the future holds for our company!

One of the highlights of the weekend was hearing Jack Canfield’s keynote address. He inspired both Greg and I to really clarify what we want in life and to take action to move ourselves forward toward our goals using his success principles. We were able to share with each other our vision for the future and it was heart-warming to know we are in it together.

One of the best moments of the whole weekend was just after I was on stage giving a testimonial about the Area Chapter program, and the DSWA co-founder Nicki Keohouho told me to stay on stage. I can barely remember her words but I will never forget the love and warmth she conveyed as she looked me in the eye and told me I was the DSWA Spirit Award winner for this year! I got to share the moment with all the co-founders, Nicki, Jane, and Grace, as well as our Chapter Directors Linda and Louise, and about 400 people watching! Eyes were welling up on stage along with me, and I don’t know when I’ve felt so honored. To know that these women, whom I consider my role models, see something special in me means so much!

I will be sharing more of the “nitty gritty” of what I learned and will be implementing in my business as time goes by, most likely at my WAHM Tips blog where it is more appropriate and can help more people, and some more personal insights here as I see fit.
