Personal Development Never Ends

Wow, what a weekend. Greg and I just got back from a weekend seminar called “Beyond Reasons,” taught by Betty Jo Waxman through the Productive Learning and Leisure company.

I’ve been to several personal development courses, and this was Greg’s first. It was an eye opening experience in several ways, even though I’ve “gone there” before. I was able to open up about some sadness and regrets but also make a new commitment to a new belief and vision I have for my life. This is not the first time I’ve done this but it made me realize that this is an ongoing process. You can’t just learn and discover and be done.  I am a different person today than I was even yesterday, much less a year ago when I went through a similar program.  If I go again in another year I will see things through completely different eyes and experiences too.

Without going into detail about what was discussed let me just encourage you to always be striving to discover new things about yourself, become more and more self-aware, and seek out things you can do that will help you get out of your own way on the path to success, whatever that means to you.

Up until now, I’ve felt that I’m not worthy of real success. And I’ve been committed to proving it!  My new commitment is that I will boldly grow my success and maintain a life of health, peace and prosperity! The vision I have for my future, and that of my family, is the driving force behind all I do!!

Until next time,

Karen
