(CTTS = Cute Things They Say)
So I was putting Terry (4) down for bed last night and in the dark he started singing a song. Something about how fruits and vegetables are good to eat, they make you healthy and strong, are delicious and nutritious…It was really cute and probably had 8 or 9 enthusiastically sung lines. Wish I could remember them all. So when it was over he rolled over to go to sleep and I said, “That was a really neat song you made up.” And he said, “I didn’t make it up. God told me to sing it.” So I said, “Oh you didn’t think of it in your brain?” And he said, matter-of-factly, “No. God tells me to do stuff, and it just comes out!”
